Consent to Receive Text Messages

By providing your mobile phone number to Triad Advising and opting in — whether through our website form, in person, on paper, or by replying to a message — you expressly consent to receive text (SMS/MMS) messages from Triad Advising at the number provided, including notifications about your vehicle. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You represent that you are the account holder for the mobile number provided or are authorized to opt in on its behalf.

Types of Messages You May Receive

If you opt in, the messages you receive from Triad Advising may include:

• Vehicle notifications — updates, alerts, and reminders related to your vehicle.
• Appointment reminders — scheduling, confirmations, and reminders for service or advising appointments.
• Account and service updates — follow-ups, status updates, and information related to your account or our services.
• Customer support — responses to your questions and two-way conversational support.
• Promotional messages — offers, announcements, and news about Triad Advising.

Message Frequency

Message frequency may vary. Triad Advising sends recurring messages based on your interactions with us and the programs you have opted into.

Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Such charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. Triad Advising does not charge for the messages themselves, but standard carrier fees may apply depending on your plan. Please contact your wireless provider for details about your plan.

How to Opt Out

You can stop receiving messages at any time by replying Not Now to any message you receive from us. You may also reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. After you opt out, we will send a one-time confirmation message to acknowledge that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from Triad Advising. If you want to opt back in, simply sign up again as you did initially.

Supported Carriers

Carriers (including, but not limited to, AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and their affiliates) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless service provider and is not guaranteed.

Triad Advising values your privacy. No mobile information will be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
